2020-2021 VYHA dates for team pictures has been announced!

Kevin Hurley Photography has teamed with VYHA for many years to provide this great service to our families.  This is your one chance for the 2020-2021 season to take advantage of this opportunity.  Dates for the photo sessions are listed below:

Please note the following:

• Photos will be taken of all VYHA groups, including Learn to Play, House League and Travel Teams.  You are free to purchase individual photos based on your preference.  We do, however, ask that everyone take part in the team photos regardless of your desire to purchase individual photos.
• Please note that House League teams (with the exception of the Mites) will have their photos taken at different times than the corresponding travel teams. 
• All House League players should wear their assigned team jerseys to practice on photo night. 
• All travel team players should wear (or bring) their BLUE ROANOKE JR. DAWGS sweaters. 
• Important things to note about the Portrait Order Form:
  • Payment (cash or check) is due when the photos are taken by the staff of Kevin Hurley Photography.
  • If you are selecting the Trading Card option, please be sure to complete the information form attached with this email)
  • Team names are required information on the Portrait Order form.  If you have questions about your player's team, please consult your age group coordinator prior to Photo Day. 
• No individual or team photos will be made up!
• As you might imagine, Photo Day is hectic and anything we can do to minimize confusion is greatly appreciated.
